No one is visiting your blog.
When I have started this blog, I was facing the same problem. And sometimes it can demotivate you, and you will be thinking to quit blogging.
But quitting is not the solution to this problem.
So you have to make blog visible on search engines by which you can get traffic.

Now the question is how you can make blog visible and get traffic?
So here is the answer:
There are two ways by which you can get traffic:-
- Your readers would reach you.
- You have to reach to your readers.
So how you readers can reach you?
Most of the peoples use search engines to find the solution of their problems. So you have to make your blog visible on search engines.
And if we talk about the second case:
You can use social networks, questioning sites and forums to reach to your readers.
The more often your blog became visible to your readers then there are more chances of getting traffic.
So in this post, I am going to tell you how can you make blog visible so your reader so they can easily find you.
By using these methods, you can increase traffic to your blog. Some methods can also help to boost your rankings on search engines.
So let’s jump to the methods by which you can make blog visible to search engines and get more exposure:
1. Submit your blog to Search Engines:-
Search engines are the primary source of traffic. A search engine can bring Tsunami of visitors to your blog.
You will be able to get traffic from search engines only if you submit your blog to them. There are tons of search engines available over the internet.
So you should submit your blog to most of the search engine.
Blogs which can get the spot on the first page of search engines will get more clicks than those blogs which are on the second and third page.
And if we take a look at stats of clicks on the first page of Google:
1st spot gets 33% of average click through traffic.
2nd place gets 14% of average click through traffic.
3rd place gets 10% of average click through traffic.
And blogs which set after that takes the lesser amount of clicks.
The benefit of submitting the blog to search engines:
- Get free traffic:
If you can get organic traffic from search engines, then nothing could be better than this. All the traffic which you will get from search engines is 100% free, and you also don’t have to pay for promoting your content.
- Help you in the long run:
One of the best parts of it is that if your blog is present on the first page of search engines for some keywords, then you will be able to get traffic for a long time. On the other hand, if you are promoting your content on social media then you have to promote your content daily. If you stop promoting content, then your traffic start decreasing.
- Insane amount of traffic:
You can get the unlimited amount of traffic from search engines. And traffic which you will get will be targeted, and it can also increase your sales if you sell or promote anything on your blog.

3. Do Smart Keyword research:
Keyword research is the backbone of Search engine optimization.
Many of you will agree with me that:
If you are not doing the keyword research before writing the content, then you are trying to hit the target with closed eyes.
And then you are hoping that it should hit the target.
You would never get the results as you think.
When I start writing the post at beginning days of my blogging, I also don’t care about keyword research. I took random keywords and stuffed them in the post. I also choose my SEO title randomly.
Indirectly I was challenging the authority sites.
At starting days don’t make the mistake of fighting with authority sites. You were not going to win from them if you don’t have proper plan and strategy. So you have to work smart.
So try to find the keywords which are less competitive and go for long tail keywords.
Tools which you can use to do keyword research/keyword suggestion:
- Google Keyword Planner (free)
- Uber Suggest (free)
- LSI Graph (free)
- Soovle (free)
- Keyword Tool (free)
- Long Tail Pro (premium)
- HitTail (premium)

4. Write Quality content:
Once you have done proper keyword research, then next step is writing quality content.
What can be the quality content?
For me quality content is that:
- Problem solving
- Easy to understand

So try to write the detailed content which will cover all necessary things related to the topic and write for your readers, not for search engines. Don’t try to optimize the post for SEO.
And the best part of writing explicit content is that:
It got higher rankings than the content which are short and poorly written.
If you write more than 1500+ words in a blog post, then there are more chances of getting higher rank in Google.
Brian Dean from Backlinko found that in most of the cases first position on Google is occupied by those post which has 1890+ words.
5. Don’t think SEO is dead:
When I heard the term SEO for the first time, I thought it must be tough. There is no rocket science in it. You just have to give some time to understand it. SEO will help you to make your blog visible on search engines.
SEO is defined as search engine optimization. As its name suggest, it is a technique which helps you to optimize your content according to search engines.
Search engines are not humans they can’t read and understand the whole content. So you have to optimize your content so search engine bots can know what you have written.
You have to make proper use of keywords, meta description, SEO title, and permalinks.

If you think after publishing your post your work has been completed, then you are wrong.
When you post your content, it takes the time to get indexed by search engines. So it is sure you will not get instant traffic from search engines.
If you do not share your content:
Then how will people get known that you have published the great content?
So you should use social media to promote your content.
For sharing your content, you can use:
